| Purpose: | The purpose of the Pre-Request for Proposal (RFP) meeting is to inform the consultant community of the upcoming procurement 601CT0000006213 for the Laredo Outer Loop. This procurement will be managed by the Central PEPS Service Center to procure three (3) Schematic/Environmental contracts. |
| Description: | The meeting will include a brief overview of the procurement and selection process, including anticipated work categories and scope of work as well as applicable details pertaining to each of the three (3) contracts. |
