Construction, Materials, and Alternative Delivery Annual Conference
TxDOT’s Construction Division (CST), Materials and Tests Division (MTD), and Alternative Delivery Division (ALD) partner to host a three-day conference each year. The focus of the event is to provide insight into the best practices, latest innovations, and current developments for TxDOT’s project delivery, construction contracting, and materials and test methods impacting the heavy highway construction industry.
