The virtual meeting will consist of a pre-recorded video presentation that includes both audio and visual components. The presentation will be posted online on this webpage by Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and will remain available for viewing and comments until Wednesday, April 9, 2025.

In-person attendees can view the same presentation delivered in the online public meeting, which will be playing on a screen, review hard copies of study materials, ask questions of TxDOT staff and/or consultants, and leave written comments.

Purpose The purpose of the public meeting is to gather public input on the feasibility study for Mines Road (FM 1472) from I-69W to two miles north of FM 3338. This meeting will allow the public to view study-related information and provide comments. The presentation content will be the same for the in-person and virtual meetings.
Description TxDOT is conducting this feasibility study to develop concepts that will address existing and future transportation needs to improve safety and traveling conditions for passenger and commercial vehicles along Mines Road.

The virtual public meeting and in-person option will be conducted in English. If you need an interpreter or document translator because English is not your primary language or you have difficulty communicating effectively in English, one will be provided to you.
