| Description | The Rural TIP includes both grouped projects and individually listed projects that include added capacity projects and regionally significant projects to be funded outside of MPO boundary, and within a TxDOT district during the next four years, including those eligible for federal funding. As such, this meeting offers the public an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed priorities. The Rural TIP is the first step on the road to producing a Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). The Rural TIP meetings are being held pursuant to Title 43, Texas Administrative Code, Section 16.102, which calls for an opportunity for public comments concerning the program. The same information including a short presentation, exhibits explaining how the Rural TIP operates, and projects that are included in it will be available to view at each public meeting. |
