The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP):

• Reflects the federally funded transportation projects in the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Programs (TIP) for each Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in the state.
• Includes both state and federally funded projects for the nonattainment areas of Dallas-Fort Worth, El Paso, Houston and San Antonio.
• Contains information on federally funded projects in rural areas that are not included in any MPO area, and other statewide programs as listed.

• Speak at the virtual hearing: Register in advance by contacting the Transportation Planning and Programming Division at 512-416-2298 no later than 12 p.m. CST on Monday, April 14, 2025. Speakers will be taken in the order registered and will be limited to three minutes. Speakers who do not register in advance will be taken at the end of the hearing.
• Mail written comments: Interested parties who are unable to participate in the hearing may submit comments regarding the proposed February 2025 Revision to the FY 2025-2028 STIP to the Director of the Transportation Planning and Programming Division, P.O. Box 149217, Austin, Texas 78714-9217.
