US 377 Cresson Relief Route

TxDOT constructed a three-mile relief route west of the city of Cresson. The relief route is a new four-lane divided highway on US 377 beginning one mile south of the intersection of US 377 and SH 171 and ending one mile north of the same intersection. This project was a partnership between TxDOT, Hood County and the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

The $61 million project reached substantial completion in November 2024.
