DFW Connector

Authorizations and approvals

On March 30, 2006, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 110469, authorized TxDOT to issue a request for qualifications (RFQ) to develop, design, construct, and potentially finance, maintain, and operate the DFW Connector Project.

TxDOT received and evaluated qualifications submitted on May 1, 2007.

In June 2007, the TTC authorized a short list of teams to submit more detailed proposals.

RFQ documents

On January 30, 2007, interested parties attended a Pre-Proposal Workshop for SH 114 (DFW Connector).

TxDOT issued the original request for qualifications on December 29, 2006. Two addenda were issued subsequently and all of these documents can be found below.
