Authorizations and approvals
On April 25, 2019, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in
Minute
Order 115466, authorized the issuance of a request for qualification (RFQ) to design, develop, construct, and maintain the I-35 Northeast Expansion Project in Bexar, Comal, and Guadalupe counties.
On August 5, 2019, TxDOT posted the list of qualification teams and their equity members for the I-35 NEX Project.
RFQ documents
TxDOT issued the initial RFQ on May 20, 2019, and there was one subsequent addenda. The RFQ documents and Q&A matrices issued by TxDOT are available below.
