Authorizations and approvals
On Dec. 13, 2012, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) conditionally awarded AGL Constructors to enter into a design-build agreement for the IH 35E Managed Lanes Project from IH 635 to US 380 in Dallas and Denton counties.
In January 2013, TxDOT held two Financial Disclosure Public Hearings for the IH 35E Managed Lanes Project. The hearings discussed the Disclosure of Financial Information document. Documentation of these events is available in the links below.

On May 17, 2013, TxDOT officials executed contracts for the design, construction, and capital maintenance of the I-35E Managed Lanes Project in Dallas and Denton counties.
