Authorizations and approvals

On October 31, 2019, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), with Minute Order 115607, authorized the issuance of a request for qualifications (RFQ) to design, construct, and maintain improvements to the Southeast Connector Project.

On February 7, 2020, TxDOT held an Industry Workshop.

On April 22, 2020, TxDOT posted the list of qualification teams for the Southeast Connector Project.
