About TxDOTTxDOT evaluated the design, construction, and capital maintenance of the Midtown Express Project, formerly known as the SH 183 Managed Lanes Project. The project included improvements along SH 183 from Industrial Boulevard to I-35E, Loop 12 from SH-183 to I-35E, and SH 114 from International Parkway to SH 183 in Dallas and Tarrant counties.
