TxDOT evaluated the design, construction, and comprehensive maintenance of the Loop 375 Border Highway West Extension Project. The project added capacity by providing a new four-lane, controlled access facility from Racetrack Drive west of downtown El Paso to approximately one mile east of Park Street in El Paso County - a project length of approximately nine miles.
