On xx, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC), in Minute Order 113618, authorized the issuance of a request for qualification (RFQ) to design, develop, construct, and maintain the Loop 375 Border Highway West Extension Project.
An Pre-QS Workshop was held on August 14, 2013.
On Sept. 16, 2013, TxDOT posted the list of qualification submittal teams for the Border Highway West Extension Project. On October 31, 2013, TxDOT announced the short list of the most qualified teams to compete for the design-build contract. The teams were invited to submit detailed proposals.
TxDOT issued the original RFQ on July 26, 2013. There were three subsequent addenda issued. These documents are available below.
