SH 99 Grand Parkway Segment C-1 Design-Build

The Texas Department of Transportation is evaluating the design, construction, and maintenance of the State Highway (SH) 99 Grand Parkway Segment C-1 Design-Build (DB) Project in Fort Bend County. The project consists of four new SH 99 tolled lanes (two in each direction) for approximately 9.7 miles, from Interstate 69 (I-69) South to Farm to Market (FM) 762. Improvements include discontinuous frontage roads, seven direct connectors at the I-69 South interchange, and four direct connectors at Fort Bend Parkway.
