TxDOT Divisions
The Alternative Delivery Division (ALD) is responsible for TxDOT’s Alternative Delivery Program, which includes projects delivered using design-build (DB) contracts and comprehensive development agreements (CDAs). The Alternative Delivery Division also completes feasibility studies of candidate DB projects and assists TxDOT Districts during the project procurement, design & construction, and the operations & maintenance phases of alternative delivery projects.
